In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our online customers, providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times Assist customers with product information, order processing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales Manage and update customer information within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to ensure accurate records Collaborate with sales teams to support outbound sales efforts, including cold calling potential clients and nurturing existing accounts Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales pipeline status, and follow-up actions Support inventory management by providing feedback on popular products and customer preferences Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone etiquette Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments Knowledge of CRM software and familiarity with sales pipeline management tools Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with customers Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases better Strong organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently Experience with upselling techniques, outbound sales strategies, and deal closing processes Familiarity with automotive or dealership sales is advantageous but not required Proficiency in retail math, inventory control, and basic accounting principles such as retail math is beneficial Excellent organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude towards sales support and marketing efforts Join us as an Internet Customer Service Representative where your energy fuels success!
