Full Job Description Job Description Position Title:
Customer Service Performs the work of a Web Customer Service Specialist as needed Utilizes telephone, email and chat to provide information to and resolve issues for online customers Prints new online orders, sorts them for picking and distributes them to departments Assists with pulling online firearm orders Assists with locating pick-up orders for customers Processes merchandise returns Submits and manages UPS claims Assists with Marketplace orders and communication Performs other duties as required or directed Essential Physical Requirements Ability to hear pages, telephone conversations and general announcements Ability to effectively communicate via telephone, email and chat Ability to move around the store as necessary to perform assigned tasks Ability to recognize and identify merchandise and read necessary reports Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of— Microsoft Excel (basic) Skills in— Basic math: adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing Ability to— Communicate verbally and in writing using English language Take direction when appropriate Establish appropriate priorities while multi-tasking Analyze problems and apply sound solutions Communicate and work effectively with co-workers and customers Handle company and customer information in confidence Process stress in a positive manner Use multi-line phone system Qualifications High school education or GED Two or more years' experience with Microsoft Excel Retail experience (preferred)
