Guest Service Associate - European Wax Center (Burke, VA) Burke, VA | Full-Time & Part-Time

$15.00 - $21.00 per hour (base + commission + bonuses) About the Role European Wax Center - Burke is hiring Guest Service Associates (GSAs) who are dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you'll support daily front desk operations while creating a welcoming and professional experience for every guest. What You'll Do Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner Educate guests on waxing services, memberships, and skincare products Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest profiles Process transactions accurately using POS systems Recommend services and products based on guest needs Support center sales goals through memberships and retail Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable recommending products and services Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Availability to work evenings and weekends Experience in retail, front desk, salon, spa, or customer service is a plus. Training is provided.
