Job Description
Atomic Promotions is seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our team as full-time Customer Enrollment Associates. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and telecommunications marketing while representing Verizon FiOS services. For this Customer Enrollment Associate rolewe are looking for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, learning new skills, and working in a goal-oriented environment. The core responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate role include: Promote a full range of telecommunications products, including smartphones, smart devices, and accessories. Listen to customer needs, ask the right questions, and recommend tailored Verizon network plans and solutions as a Customer Enrollment Associate. Consistently meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and store goals Address and resolve customer service issues, including billing questions and general account management. Assist customers with device troubleshooting, data transfers, and hardware demonstrations. Implement current corporate promotions and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Verizon as the designated Customer Enrollment Associate Qualifications we require in a Customer Enrollment Associate role include: Previous background as a Customer Enrollment Associate orin customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer applications, with solid problem-solving and teamwork skills.
