Job Description

Open Blooms, a family owned and operated florist, located in Chantilly, VA, is currently looking for a customer service agent. Our family has been in the floral business for four generations and we like to keep a very tight and friendly environment. We are a high-volume flower shop that delivers to 200 zip codes across the DMV seven days a week, plus locations in Philadelphia and Naples.
Responsibilities:
Take inbound calls Respond to emails Process orders Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Take the extra mile to engage customers
Schedule:
Full time - Ideal schedule you would be off Tuesday and Sunday Hours - 7:30am-4pm 8 hour shift Overtime during peak holidays We do not require floral experience for this position as we will teach you the ropes!
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
