Customer Support Associate

Join Our Team as a Customer Support Associate! We're currently looking for someone who can consistently work the following shifts each week:

Mondays:

What You'll Do:

Greet families and children warmly at the front desk Manage customer inquiries with a "happy to help" attitude Maintain a clean, organized facility Handle class schedules, billing, and policy questions Facilitate communication between customers, staff, and management Bring energy and positivity every day!

What We're Looking For:

Someone that loves working with kids! Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to problem-solve and think quickly Customer service or administrative roles preferred
