Position Summary Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can deliver exceptional service, solve problems, and support both customers and sales teams? Join MicroAire as a Customer Service Representative and play a critical role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order to delivery—and beyond. What You'll Do Serve as a key point of contact for domestic customers and sales reps, handling a wide range of inquiries and service needs Process and track customer orders, demo/sample requests, and ensure timely, accurate delivery Manage service requests and coordinate loaner equipment when needed Support returns for credit and assist with repair-related transactions Set up new customer accounts by researching and entering accurate data Respond to inquiries related to pricing, shipping, GPOs, product details, and financing options Assist with insurance certificate requests and process inbound sales leads Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve invoicing discrepancies Train customers and sales reps on website navigation and provide product education, including cleaning and sterilization best practices Cross-reference competitive products to MicroAire solutions What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree a plus 2+ years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environment preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Proven ability to resolve complex or challenging situations while exceeding customer expectations Why MicroAire?
