$15-$20 per hour based on experience and knowledge of the trades

Schedule:

Monday-Friday from 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am-5 pm, with occasional overtime requirements

THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE

As a Client Experience Representative, you'll be the vital first point of contact for families and businesses, handling calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments for service technicians, maintaining records in our CRM, assisting with billing inquiries, and conducting satisfaction checks. You'll also promote Colonial's services and preventative maintenance programs while upholding our core values: Integrity, Flexibility, Mindfulness, Excellence, Innovation, and Enjoyment. Additionally, you'll provide administrative and client support as needed.

All that you need is:
