Job Description

Description We are looking for a customer-focused team member to join our team as a Contract to Permanent Collections representative. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly with customers, and can manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining accuracy. The role also supports administrative and payment-related activities, making it a strong fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
  • Handle a large volume of incoming calls and assist customers with clarity and efficiency.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely updates and accurate information.
  • Enter and update customer or account information with a high level of accuracy in internal systems.
  • Support payment posting activities and help ensure transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Complete administrative support work such as scanning documents, preparing mail, and organizing records.
  • Place outbound calls when needed to follow up on account matters or clarify customer information.
  • Assist different departments with routine support tasks to help maintain smooth daily operations. Requirements
  • At least 2 years of solid customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume phone environment.
  • Strong data entry skills with the ability to maintain speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail when handling customer information and administrative tasks.
  • Experience answering inbound calls and providing attentive customer support.
  • Comfortable managing email correspondence and documenting interactions clearly.
  • Ability to balance customer service responsibilities with clerical and operational support duties.
  • Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented work style.
