Customer Experience Associate Inova Health System parental leave, paid time off United States, Virginia, Falls Church Jun 24, 2026 Inova Heart and Vascular Retail Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to join the team. Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities:
Ensures that all prescriptions in the Ready to Dispense work que are filled in no more than 14 days. Pulls any prescriptions in pick-up bin after 14 days and gives to pharmacist for return to stock. Completes intake forms and collects pertinent data from patients at drop-off including correct spelling of name, date of birth, allergies, and insurance information. Completes cash register transactions and appropriately balances register. Ensures privacy of patient information by following HIPPA guidelines and laws. Complete daily and monthly deposit reports. Checks inventory for out-of-date products and removes expired products while maintaining an organized and up to date inventory. Orders and receives front-end inventory stock while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High School or GED.
Experience:
One (1) customer service experience.
