Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls regarding insurance claims, address changes, changes of beneficiary, etc Address and resolve member services inquiries through phone and email Educate prospective members on various products Assist with data entry, managing the mail, and sending out letters to members Assist with the system testing as needed

Requirements:

Prior call center experience or billing experience required Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal communication Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet Experience Organized, great attention to detail, thoroughness Ability to work independently #

GA Pay:

$42,959.00 - $45,990.00 per year
