Fortress Foundation Solutions specializes in " All Things Basementy "! We are looking for Customer Care Specialists who are passionate about delivering a remarkable experience to every customer. We help homeowners alleviate their basement, foundation, crawl space, and concrete concerns , and we're looking for team members who want to be part of that mission. What You'll Do:
Coordinate and schedule sales appointments Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email Support administrative processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Accurately complete data entry and maintain organized records Play a key role in providing homeowners with a remarkable customer experience
What We're Looking For:
