Job Description

Customer Service Representative - Overview We're a growing electrical services company looking for a sharp, people-first Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our business. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — handling everything from incoming calls and online leads to scheduling, communication, and keeping jobs moving smoothly from start to finish. If you're organized, calm under pressure, and take pride in doing things the right way, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls professionally and handle basic customer inquiries independently Reach out quickly to inbound leads — speed and professionalism matter Book and create jobs in ServiceTitan (our primary operations software) Communicate scheduling updates between customers, dispatchers, and technicians Add clear, accurate notes to customer records and jobs including collecting and applying payments. Manage voicemails and follow up promptly Escalate urgent or complex issues to management when appropriate Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings when needed Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Able to type 50+ words per minute Background in a customer service/dispatch role Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, calm, and solution-focused — even in stressful situations Comfortable learning new software (ServiceTitan, RingCentral, etc) Team player who asks questions rather than guessing What to Expect Training is ongoing. In your first 30 days, you'll get comfortable with our systems and handling basic customer calls. By 60 days, you'll be handling leads independently and managing day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.
