Job Description

Overview KBH TNT Automotive Limousine and Leasing is a family-owned, locally operated company that has served Richmond for more than 35 years. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Reservationist and Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients by managing reservations, delivering exceptional customer support, and helping ensure every interaction is positive and memorable. Your energy and strong communication skills will play an important part in building client relationships and supporting our operational goals. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your sales, customer service, and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate clearly and confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds Enter reservation data accurately into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications Assist with outbound calling campaigns to follow up on reservations or promote special offers Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary Maintain detailed records of client interactions, reservation details, and service logs for analysis and reporting purposes Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer support roles, preferably within a hospitality environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to clarity and professionalism Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calls confidently while maintaining positive rapport with clients Familiarity phone etiquette standards, and customer service best practices Basic analysis skills to interpret client needs and improve service delivery Experience typing accuracy, and managing multiple tasks efficiently Join us to make a difference by delivering exceptional client experiences! $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
