Come work for us and see how Brightstar Care of Leesburg/Gainesville employees uphold a Higher Standard. The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall satisfaction of our Clients. Ensuring that clients' schedules are staffed by our dedicated and knowledgeable caregivers, answering phone calls, clients' questions, and checking in on them from time to time. This position builds relationships with potential and current clients and their families. Ensuring that their needs are met and that they are receiving the absolute best care possible! Being on call for scheduling is a shared requirement among office staff. We are looking for candidates with exceptional customer service skills, scheduling experience, and excellent phone etiquette.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage/coordinate client schedules and match caregivers to clients' needs Manage phone and email communication, data entry into the scheduling system, and general office tasks. Communicate with patients and families regarding home care needs and scheduling of home care staff. Serve as a trusted and caring resource for our clients and their loved ones. Implement improvement processes as needed. Participate in a once-a-week on-call rotation Qualifications High School Diploma required (Bachelor's preferred). Minimum of 2 years experience working within a healthcare office setting; Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations; Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills; Time management and prioritization are key; Ability to multi-task and handle multiple phone lines; Computer skills are a must - Outlook experience helpful!
