Parts and Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities include the following:

Opening and closing procedures for scheduled shift Managing inventory and doing weekly and daily reconciliations of inventory Ensuring the product is organized and presented well to customers Greeting customers when they enter the store, having a good parts knowledge of marine products, and assisting customers in finding the right products Finding the right parts for customer DIY repair projects Answering phones with good phone etiquette and providing helpful information to customers Ensure that operational procedures for receiving and placing inventory into the correct locations are strictly followed

Preferred Experience and Skills Include:
