This energetic role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling, supporting office personnel, and providing exceptional customer service to foster a positive workplace atmosphere. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office skills in a fast-paced, professional setting. Duties Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the office and overall business activities. Greeting clients, answering multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle front desk operations including, greeting clients. Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution, greet customers and maintain show room. Experience Proven office/customer service experience in a professional setting Strong clerical skills including data entry, proofreading, and document organization Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently Familiarity answering and using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette best practices Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools Join us in creating a professional office environment where efficiency meets friendliness!
