In this role, you will be the friendly face that assists customers with their needs, provides product demonstrations, and ensures the sales floor is inviting and well-organized. Your proactive approach will help customers find the perfect products, answer their questions with confidence, and leave with a smile. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction Assist customers in locating products, offering detailed product demos and explaining features to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and assist with product merchandising to optimize store presentation Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in bilingual settings (English/Spanish or other languages) preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions and inventory management Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus but not required; leadership qualities are valued Ability to perform physical tasks and able to lift 20+ lbs. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that motivates others Knowledge of retail operations and retail math concepts is advantageous Being able to multitask and comfortable standing for extended periods of time.
