Job Description

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, and Information Technology Support Services. We are currently seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team of professionals in support of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) in Quantico, VA.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
Providethe USMCClient withInformation Technology (IT)procurementsupport, analysis, and reporting,using anEnterpriseInformation Technology ManagementSystem with various consolesand applications. Support theUSMC Clientwith timelineandmetricsreporting. Review and process IT procurement requests for corrections and approval. Communicate statusof IT procurementinformationtostakeholders involvedin the IT Procurement process. Manage and updateUSMC IT Hardware and Softwarecatalogs. Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), IT procurement guides, PowerPoint slides,reports,logs, trackers,and email archives. Represent the Customer Care Teaminproduct specific IPTs and working groupsandbecome the SME on procurement activities for specific products as needed. Retain and provide knowledge management artifacts. Be Responsive. Quickly and accurately answer and return phone calls, read and respond toemails, and provideaccurateresponsestostakeholder squestionsand status requests. Perform and function in a Team environment. Performrelated work as assigned. Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Mandatory Education:
Accredited CollegeAssociatesDegree.
Experience:
ExperienceinMicrosoft Office Professional Suite (2016or newer), including,but not limited to:

TEAMS, Planner,Word, Power Point, Excel,and Access. Experience with video conferencing. Experienceand knowledgeusing an Enterprise level procurement systemto includeUSMCdatabaseapplications within the Remedy EnterpriseITSM Suitepreferred. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must have excellent organizationalandmulti-taskingskillsand must be detail oriented. Technical Writing skills are a plus. DoD customer care and IT procurement process experience are a plus.
Clearance:
Ability to favorably undergo a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI). Active SECRET clearance is a plus.
