Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information or demos when needed Manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Upsell related products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by participating in stock counts and ensuring the sales floor is tidy and inviting Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cashiering procedures in a retail or grocery store environment Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities that help serve diverse customer needs Demonstrated supervising experience or ability to oversee team activities during shifts Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations Knowledge of customer service best practices, including active listening and problem-solving skills Experience conducting product demos or upselling to enhance the shopping experience Familiarity with merchandising, stocking techniques, and retail sales strategies Excellent phone etiquette for professional remote communication Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting!
