ProspectBlue seeks a Client Services Associate for their client in Richmond, VA!
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and preferences. Schedule and prepare for client meetings, including generating reports and documentation required for discussions.
Account Management:
Assist the Portfolio Manager in managing client accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and monitoring. Ensure all client information is accurately recorded and updated in the client management system. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate a smooth account transitions and updates.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and process documentation related to client accounts, including agreements, forms, and compliance paperwork. Manage client communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters. Maintain organized client files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and analyze account performance reports for clients. Assist the Portfolio Manager in preparing presentations and reports for client reviews. Monitor and report on key account metrics and client feedback.
Operational Efficiency:
Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of client service best practices. Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to ensure efficient workflow and effective client service delivery.
