Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment. Starting Pay • Starting at $17.00 per hour • Pay may increase based on experience Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and orders Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, returns, and warranty claims accurately Coordinate across teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Assist customers with product specifications, measurements, and customization options Support dealers, contractors, and homeowners with service-related questions Maintain accurate order documentation and compliance with company quality standards Deliver excellent customer service while building and maintaining strong customer relationships Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Good computer and data entry skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in customer service, office administration, manufacturing, or building supply is preferred but not required Knowledge of windows, construction, or home improvement is a plus

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
