Job Description

We are looking for a Client Services Associate to support a high-quality client experience. This role focuses on coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate client information, and helping the team stay organized and responsive. The ideal candidate brings strong financial planning knowledge or exposure to that environment, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to handle administrative work with precision.
Responsibilities:
  • Guide new clients through onboarding steps, ensuring documentation is complete and expectations are clearly communicated.
  • Keep client files, account details, and related records accurate, current, and well organized.
  • Assist with compliance-related tasks by monitoring documentation requirements and supporting adherence to internal standards.
  • Prepare meeting packets, reports, and supporting materials for upcoming client appointments.
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for client service requests, follow-ups, and routine account-related questions.
  • Identify workflow gaps and recommend practical improvements that enhance service quality and team efficiency.
