This is a dynamic position that will allow the CSR to assist customers in many different ways and by utilizing many personal and professional skills. The position will be full-time at 40 hours a week

General Responsibilities:

Role:

All customer service representatives must provide friendly, confident, and efficient service to all customers. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. Handle all ranges of interaction with customers via phone, by answering incoming or outgoing calls, and emails. Acknowledging, resolving and documenting customer complaints. Processing orders, scanning, and filing paperwork. Additional responsibilities may be added, as they are need. Qualifications Preferred Associates degree preferred. Minimum one year of customer service experience. Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook preferred. Experience with SAP a plus
