Position Overview We're looking for a Personal Lines Servicing Agent to join our team. This role is primarily focused on servicing existing clients—helping them with their auto, home, and personal insurance needs. You'll also have opportunities to cross-sell, earn referrals, and contribute to the growth of the agency. Whether you're an experienced agent or someone motivated to start a career in insurance, we'd love to connect. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to personal lines clients (auto, home, renters, umbrella, etc.). Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and general inquiries. Process endorsements, certificates, ID cards, and related documentation. Build strong client relationships through timely, professional support. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals when appropriate. Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless client experience. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe—agency support provided). Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems/software. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary.
