Job Description:
We are actively interviewing for the following job, if interested please apply now. About the Opportunity We are looking to hire call center/customer service representative members to our team. Note:
Due to the on-site requirements of this role, candidates must reside within a manageable commute to our Fairfax, VA office. Please consider local traffic and ongoing construction patterns when applying. Schedule & Hours Monday•
Friday:
8:00 AM•5:00 PM (On-Site in Fairfax, VA)
Saturdays:
9:00 AM•1:00 PM (Remote, every other Saturday. A company laptop will be provided for your weekend shifts).
What You'll Do High-Volume Member Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact, efficiently handling 80+ inbound calls per day.
Problem Resolution:
Resolve member inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and financial products with empathy and strong problem-solving skills, always striving for first-contact resolution.
Account Maintenance:
Accurately update and maintain member records while strictly adhering to compliance procedures, fraud prevention, and federal regulations,
Loan Servicing:
Assist with loan support duties including processing payments, providing principal balances, preparing payoff statements, and facilitating balance transfers.
Financial Guidance:
Identify member needs and proactively recommend appropriate financial products and services to support their goals.
What We're Looking For Language Skills:
Full fluency in
English Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced contact center or financial institution environment is preferred. Experience with banking operations, loan applications, or account management is a major plus.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong ability to navigate multiple screens and CRM systems simultaneously while communicating clearly with members.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Clearances:
Must be able to successfully pass a skills assessment, credit check, comprehensive background check, and fingerprinting. Why Join Us?
