Home Instead is seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused individual to support our office this summer by handling service inquiries and following up with prospective clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, inside sales, call center, or administrative experience who is looking for a flexible part-time position in a positive and rewarding work environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming service inquiries from prospective clients and families Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads Gather information and document interactions accurately in our computer systems Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Home Instead brand professionally Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating communication as needed Maintain accurate records and ensure all follow-up activities are completed promptly Qualifications Outstanding phone presence and communication skills Strong customer service experience required Previous inside sales, lead follow-up, call center, or client service experience preferred Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Professional demeanor and positive attitude Requirements Must pass a criminal background check Must pass a drug screening Valid driver's license Proof of current auto insurance Reliable personal vehicle What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Summer employment through the first week of August Positive, supportive work environment Meaningful work helping families connect with quality care services Opportunity to build valuable customer service and sales experience If you are friendly, professional, and enjoy connecting with people over the phone, we'd love to hear from you.
