The Customer Service Representative works directly with residential customers to introduce Verizon FiOS services, answer questions, explain available options, and help create a smoother overall customer experience throughout the enrollment process. Every interaction handled by the Customer Service Representative plays a role in strengthening customer relationships while contributing to long-term sales growth across the Virginia Beach market. What the Customer Service Representative Handles Meeting directly with residential customers to discuss Verizon FiOS internet, TV, and wireless services Explaining plans, promotions, pricing, and bundles in a way that feels clear and easy to follow Helping customers compare options and identify services that fit their household needs Guiding customers through enrollments, account updates, and service questions during the sales process Maintaining organized customer records and completed sales documentation Handling objections and customer concerns professionally while keeping conversations productive Working alongside other Customer Service Representative team members to maintain strong customer engagement and steady sales activity Representing Verizon FiOS professionally throughout residential outreach efforts across Virginia Beach Customer Service Representative Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality or a similar client-facing role Ability to confidently maintain information in a CRM system Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong basic math skills Ability to reliably commute to our onsite office location daily The Customer Service Representative role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, adapts well during conversations, and wants experience that builds confidence in both customer service and sales environments.
