Office Assistant & Customer Service Representative Location:
Warrenton, VA Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Salary:
$42,000 - $50,000 per year (based on experience) About the Role Premier Outdoor Living is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant & Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations and provide exceptional service to our clients. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers and is responsible for helping keep the office organized, communication flowing, and administrative tasks on track. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries Serve as the first point of contact for customers and homeowners Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars Communicate with clients regarding appointments, project updates, and next steps Enter and maintain customer information within company software systems Manage lead tracking, follow-up activities, and customer communications Maintain organized digital and physical records Assist with document preparation, data entry, and general office administration Provide basic support with invoicing, customer records, and QuickBooks Online organization Assist with social media, marketing, and other office projects as needed Support daily administrative and operational needs of the company Qualifications Previous office administration, customer service, or receptionist experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks Comfortable using computers, email, and cloud-based software Positive attitude and professional demeanor Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, home improvement, or home services Familiarity with CRM software such as JobTread, Go High Level, or similar systems Basic QuickBooks Online experience Social media or marketing experience What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Paid holidays Company phone Stable Monday-Friday work schedule Professional but relaxed work environment Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility Growth Opportunity This position is designed to grow with the company.
