Job Description

As the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, you'll play a critical role in creating an outstanding ownership experience while helping drivers keep their vehicles running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations. Prepare estimates and explain repairs in a clear, customer-friendly manner. Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Coordinate vehicle pick-up and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate repair orders and service records. Build long-term relationships that create loyal customers and repeat business. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Basic computer proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience. Experience in automotive sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail. Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair terminology. Experience using dealership management software.
