Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in New Jersey. This is a Long-term Contract position that requires working fully onsite in a structured office setting. The person in this role will connect with candidates by phone, evaluate their qualifications and availability, and provide a positive, service-focused experience throughout each interaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to prospective candidates by phone to conduct initial conversations and gather key information
  • Assess scheduling flexibility, interest level, and overall fit based on established hiring criteria
  • Review candidate backgrounds and verify credentials to support effective qualification decisions
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively while maintaining a courteous and helpful approach
  • Enter and update candidate details accurately in tracking systems and related records
  • Provide clear information, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience during the pre-screening process
