Service Advisor

Summary:

As one of Vermont's largest Honda dealerships, we're excited to invite a Service Advisor to join our dynamic service team. At 802 Honda, you'll enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment, strong job stability, and the opportunity to work alongside amazing teammates. As a Service Advisor, you'll help maximize the performance of our Service Department while upholding the dealership's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Depending on experience and performance, candidates can earn between $60,000-$75,000 per year!

Paid Training Employee Discounts Responsibilities:

Greets customer and obtains customer and vehicle information and mileage Determines general nature of repairs needed and writes a clear description of customer needs on the repair order Points out other noticed repairs or maintenance for which the customer has a need Provides customer with estimated repair costs and anticipated time of completion Sends repair order to be dispatched and maintains contact with technicians throughout the workday Calculates estimates on technician found repairs and notifies customer of these needs Notifies customer when repairs are completed At pick-up, reviews work performed and multi-point inspection results Answer phones, collect customer info and make appointments Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
