Client Relationship Specialist Burlington, VT, USA Salary negotiable based on education and experience in the industry Base + Commission
Full Time Position Summary:
This position is primarily focused on existing customer engagement. In this position, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver positive customer experience. You should have excellentmunication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. This position is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships
Essential Duties:
Engage with all customer accounts in the assigned territory to: o Manage/Maintain the existing customer base o Identify upselling/cross selling opportunities o Post sales support o Resolve issues/conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner Be the voice of the customer O Identify customer hurdles and work to mitigate them Responsible for selling new X-Ray service contracts Work with the Service management team to maintain Service contract renewals Focus on maintaining and growth Medical Supplies sales within the assigned territory Sell Ultrasound equipment, parts, and probes Coordinates to utilize service team members, manufacturer team members and sales executive to advance opportunities or address customer needs Prepares weekly reports on sales calls, territorial and market trends,petitive activity and special reports required by management. Implementpany plans and policies in the management of the territory by maintainingpliance with corporate policies and philosophies. Maintains current account records by utilizing CRM and updating sales and contact information. Track all customer engagements in the CRM Demonstrates and promotes behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers. Complies with allpany policies, procedures, and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
Required:
High School Diploma Five years or more' sales experience and/or radiology technical equipment experience Knowledge of the imaging industry and experience selling B2B imaging solutions; preferably selling to all sizes of healthcare facilities Ability to workfortably with department level & C-level customer management along with ability tomunicate effectively with executive management.
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree Travel:
Estimated to be 50-60% depending on assigned territory
Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written Englishmunication skills Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers Ability to work independently and provide timely results Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software Stronganizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks Understanding of customer performance metrics Business acumen with problem-solving attitude
