Customer Service Dispatcher

BP Wastewater Services, LLC is seeking an organized and highly motivated Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our customers and field service technicians. You will be responsible for managing service calls, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely service delivery. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and can remain calm under pressure. ServiceTitan is a bonus but not required Key responsibilities Customer service: Answer incoming customer calls, assess service needs, and provide clear communication regarding scheduling and service updates.

Dispatching and scheduling:

Efficiently schedule and dispatch septic technicians and pump trucks to job sites, including both routine appointments and emergency calls.

Route optimization:

Plan and adjust daily routes for technicians to maximize efficiency based on location, traffic, and job urgency.

Communication hub:

Maintain continuous communication with field technicians via phone, or messaging to relay job details, provide support, and manage any routing issues.

Record keeping:

Accurately log all service calls, technician activity, and job status updates into our computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system.

Issue resolution:

Effectively handle customer complaints and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative support:

Assist with general office tasks as needed, which may include processing work orders and coordinating with other departments
