S_175239 Spherion VT is recruiting for a Customer Experience and Sales Representative to work with our client in Burlington. In this position, you will have the opportunity to manage the customer service process for video, high-speed internet, and telephone services within a community-focused, award-winning organization with professional growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Research complaints, resolve account issues, and process payments or billing adjustments. Achieve goals by soliciting new services, upselling current customers, and following up to close sales leads. Perform service order provisioning through multiple user interfaces and troubleshoot high-end broadband equipment. Educate customers on products while maintaining a professional image through proper phone etiquette and de-escalation. Follow safety rules and company policies while completing daily assignments independently.

Working hours:

8:00 AM•5:00

PM Skills:

Willingness to participate in NCTI certification and development courses. Ability to work remotely or independently from a satellite office when required. Prior familiarity with video, broadband, and phone product specifications.

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

3 years of CATV or other relevant technical/electronic experience. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proficiency in personal computers, software (Word, Excel), and billing systems. Strong organizational skills, mathematical knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work while seated with a headset for prolonged periods.
