Job Description

Overview Cyclewise is Vermont's destination dealership for Indian, Ducati, Triumph, Suzuki, and CFMOTO. We're known for building long‑term relationships with our customers through transparent communication, personalized service, and a genuine passion for powersports. Our service department is the heart of that experience — and we're looking for someone who takes pride in helping riders stay safe, confident, and ready for their next adventure. Duties Greet customers enthusiastically, listen carefully to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requests. Write detailed repair orders, estimate costs, and communicate service recommendations clearly. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Upsell additional services and maintenance items by explaining benefits to customers while maintaining transparency. Communicate job status, approvals, and updates through phone, text, and video Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently. Maintain organized records of all service activities, estimates, customer interactions and CSI scores. Experience Previous dealership or service experience Some mechanical knowledge of motorcycles and ATV's preferred Proven ability in estimating, upselling, and delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently. Strong communication and customer service skills Knowledge of repair processes such as vehicle maintenance routines and diagnostic procedures enhances success in this role.
