Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support both customer service and order fulfillment operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while also helping ensure accurate and timely processing of orders. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, processing orders and returns, providing status updates, and coordinating requests internally. In addition, you will assist with picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting warehouse operations in a clean, safety-focused environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment. Duties Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with orders, product information, returns, or support issues. Accurately enter and manage service orders, product returns and other transactions using NetSuite and Shopify. Provide order status updates, shipping details, and product/service information. Identify and escalate issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary. Deliver high-quality support through clear verbal and written communication. Assist with troubleshooting non-technical issues related to purchase order, sales order, and inventory deviations. Meet service level expectations including response times and resolution accuracy. Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Pack and label products according to standard operating procedures. Safely operate electric pallet jacks (with certification) to move inventory. Receive inbound loads following proper pre inspection and receipt verification procedures. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space. Always adhere to safety and quality standards. Complete regular inventory cycle counts. Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or order management roles. 2 year of warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus. Proven ability to manage a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Experience using ERP and/or WM systems. Comfortable working independently while following established policies and procedures. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
