We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in-office. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, maintain knowledge of our products, handling renewing business and resolve escalated service issues with urgency and resolution. The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or associates.

Salary Range:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive and empathetic demeanor. Comfortable using various computer systems and software. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent required. Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Identify opportunities to support customers' evolving insurance needs.
