Join our growing team in Burien as a Sales or Service BDC (Business Development Center) Agent. You will be the voice of our sales or service department, helping clients achieve their purchase goals or keep their vehicles safe and reliable! The Opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated, articulate, and resilient Automotive BDC Agent to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling outbound communications across phone, text, and email. Your primary mission is to build rapport, answer customer inquiries, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales and service departments. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Manage Customer Leads:
Achieve customer engagement with sales leads and maintain customer service with existing service database
Schedule Appointments:
Book and confirm sales or service and maintenance appointments while matching customer needs with advisor availability
Proactive Outreach:
Make outbound calls to drive customer engagement, book appointments for sales consultants and remind clients of routine maintenance, safety recalls, and upcoming service specials
Update CRM Systems:
Accurately log customer interactions, vehicle details, and notes into our dealership software
Deliver Elite Customer Service:
Address customer questions with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude What We're Looking For (Qualifications) Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, confident phone demeanor Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask across various software platforms and multi-line phone systems Previous experience in automotive dealerships, call centers, or customer service is a massive plus Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment Spanish speaker an extreme asset
