CSR. P&C
License and minimum 1-year experience required. Salary Range:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Paid Sick Time Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly. Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests. Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Generating insurance quotes. Develop and maintain client relationships.
