Do you enjoy solving problems, working across departments, and using systems to drive results? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This role is the front-line face of Hytek Finishes, responsible for building trust and loyalty with our customers while collaborating internally to ensure accurate and timely order updates. You'll work closely with estimating, production, planning, quality assurance, and shipping teams to keep things moving and customers informed. What You'll Do:
Provide real-time order status updates via email, phone, and reporting tools
Expedite urgent orders and reschedule as needed to meet customer expectations
Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and resolve issues
Monitor and update jobs in our ERP system (Infor Syteline)
Use Boeing Exostar portals and other customer platforms
Generate and analyze reports using ERP, PowerBI, and Excel
Support Quality Assurance by reporting concerns and promoting process improvements
Handle semi-complex customer situations with professionalism and care What You Bring:

Proficiency in Excel and comfort working across multiple systems
Experience with ERP systems (Infor Syteline preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
