Paid training at $20.00 per hour, then $21.00-$22.00 per hour base pay plus performance bonuses
Total Compensation Potential:
$27.00-$35.00+ per hour, depending on experience and performance

About the Role As a Customer ServiceSales Specialist, you will answer inbound customer calls and messages, educate customers on available services, schedule appointments accurately, and create a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Success in this role comes from strong communication, attention to detail, customer care, and the ability to confidently guide conversations while identifying opportunities to provide additional value without pressure or scripted selling. You will serve as the first impression of the company while helping maintain the service standards behind Alpine's 10,000+ five-star reviews. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
