This role sits at the center of how we deliver care, guiding new clients through intake and onboarding, managing ongoing service relationships, and stepping into the field when coverage is needed or a caregiver needs hands-on guidance. We are looking for someone who has worked directly with clients or families in a professional setting, knows how to present themselves with warmth and credibility, and can hold a conversation with a family in crisis and an office team in the same afternoon. For the right person, there is a clear path toward a senior role within the agency. You will be joining a close-knit office team in a fast-paced but supportive environment where the work genuinely matters. Primary Responsibilities Conduct in-home client intakes and assessments Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families Match caregivers to clients, conduct introductions, and walk through care plans before service begins Manage ongoing client relationships, responding to concerns and coordinating care adjustments Monitor the quality and consistency of care across your caseload Maintain accurate, compliant client records in our care management system Identify and develop new client leads, including scheduling and conducting initial in-home visits Ensure adherence to Washington State home care regulations and internal standards Participate in the occasional after-hours on-call rotation, shared across the full office team and compensated separately Field Support Responsibilities Provide emergency shift coverage when a scheduled caregiver is unable to report; this is a periodic but real expectation of the role during the first months/year Conduct introductions/trainings with new caregivers at client homes, demonstrating care plan expectations and providing hands-on coaching as needed Support other operational departments and general office needs as they arise Required Qualifications Active Washington State HCA certification or CNA license in good standing 2 or more years of direct caregiving experience 1 or more years in a professional role that required representing yourself or an organization to clients, patients, or families in a formal or sensitive setting; this might include care coordination, case management, community health, medical office work, social services, or a similar field Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust with people during stressful or emotional situations Professional presence and communication style appropriate to an in-home environment Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing the details Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn healthcare scheduling software Valid Washington State driver's license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and willingness to travel throughout King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties Ability to pass a criminal background check Preferred Qualifications Experience in private-duty or non-medical home care Background in caregiver training or mentoring Experience in a Client Services type role Hours and Compensation Full-time, 40 or more hours per week Pay range: $30 to $33 per hour, based on experience and credentials Additional compensation for on-call after-hours rotation and emergency field shift coverage Team bonus options Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid sick leave Continuing education credits (HCA and CNA) Opportunities for advancement Schedule Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts Occasional after-hours on-call (shared rotation, compensated)
