Responsibilities:

Provide customer support via phone and email, assisting customers, business partners, and drivers with inquiries and updates. Handleplaints professionally, diagnose issues, and deliver effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor delivery routes, track shipments, and manage changes or cancellations to orders. Utilize Microsoft Office tools and strong multitasking,anizational, and problem-solving skills to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Pay Details:
