Center Learn how to create quotes, enter orders, and keep projects on track Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and keep jobs moving Build strong relationships and turn new customers into repeat clients Ideal Qualifications for
Customer Service Representative:
2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships Great listening and organization skills Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment If you enjoy working with people, helping solve problems and come up with solutions, and being part of a small team, we'd love to hear from you.
