Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Shop Associate to join our team! This is a hands-on role that involves customer service, chocolate making, cleaning, and operating the register. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being around chocolate all day, this is the perfect job for you.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently Assist in making and packaging chocolate products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including sanitizing work areas Restock shelves and displays as needed Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers Work as part of a small, close-knit team to create a fun and positive atmosphere

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and willingness to learn
