Service Advisor - Sales & Customer Service Front Desk Position

Evergreen Tire and Auto Repair is looking for a friendly, easy-to-train Service Writer & Sales Advisor to join our team! If you have great customer service skills, a knack for explaining automotive services, and strong organizational abilities , we want to hear from you! No automotive background? No problem. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs, providing advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options. Communicate vehicle issues and repair recommendations clearly. Work closely with technicians, prepare repair estimates and ensure timely service. Schedule appointments and manage the daily workflow to keep the shop running smoothly. Maintain accurate service records of customer interactions and repairs. Keep customers updated throughout the repair process. Uphold high standards of customer service and ensure a positive experience for every client. Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.

Valid Driver's License:

Compensation & Training:

Pay is DOE (Depends on Experience) and is hourly + commission. Starting salary is based solely on experience and demonstrated knowledge and skills after a two-week work interview. There is a probationary/training period to ensure the right fit and allow for skill development. Base hourly pay with monthly sales commission/bonuses after probationary/training period.
