Position will have a mixture of morning and night shifts, including weekends. We need someone dependable, punctial, able to self-direct and stay busy, and knowledge about the products we sell is extremely helpful. Pay starts at minimum wage with opportunities for a pay raise after your first 30-60 days. We do background checks and drug tests. Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and providing product recommendations Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Manage cash handling procedures with precision, including cash register balancing and transaction documentation Assist in inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks Uphold phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely or in-store Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising experience or leadership in retail environments is a plus Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and stock management Strong communication skills Knowledge of vapes, hookahs, weed accessories, smoking products preferrable.
