Job Description
CLIENT SERVICE MEMBER
Located near The Junction in West Seattle, Greentree Animal Hospital is looking to add a veterinary receptionist to the team! We are an individually owned, AAHA accredited, high quality practice. We strive to provide quality care for our patients while maintaining our outstanding customer service with clients and a positive work environment for our team members.Job Type:
weekend availability required.Pay:
$21-$25 per hourDuties Include:
- Scheduling appointments and procedures
- Sending and receiving patient records
- Aiding in continuity of care between doctors and clients
- Light cleaning to keep reception area neat and organized
- Scanning and downloading files into patient records
- Answering and directing phone calls
Experience:
- Front office representative: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
