Salary Range:

Must have ability to multi-task. Professional phone etiquette. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Process customer policy change requests. Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
